We had the privilege of being invited to the Northstar Leadership Forum at the iconic Pebble Beach, an inspiring setting to connect with industry leaders and explore the trends shaping the future of our field. The two-day program brought together thoughtful presentations and dynamic discussions, centered on the industry’s post-pandemic recovery, evolving client expectations, and the growing influence of disruptors such as AI.

One particularly compelling session focused on the rise of Gen Z within the workforce, examining how to effectively engage, motivate, and build meaningful connections with this rapidly expanding generation of talent. The insights shared underscored not only the challenges, but also the exciting opportunities that come with a shifting workforce dynamic.

Beyond the formal sessions, the forum offered invaluable time to reconnect with peers and long-standing colleagues, exchanging perspectives and experiences from the past year. And, of course, we had to carving out time for a site inspection!
