Centered at the iconic Phoenician Resort, we designed a program that took advantage of everything the desert has to offer while curating an effortless, elevated, and unifying atmosphere.

From the moment guests arrived, the pace shifted. Sun-soaked days invited a balance of adventure and relaxation, with activities offering ways to connect with the destination and each other. Horseback riding through the desert landscape, rounds of golf under clear blue skies, spa treatments, and pickleball created a program that felt both energizing and easy.

Evenings provided the perfect setting to unwind and connect. A private dinner at the base of Camelback Mountain paired dramatic scenery with stargazing, while another evening transported guests into an entirely different setting—dining among an extraordinary private car collection.

The goal of this program was to celebrate success and motivate future performance, and through an intentional mix of activities and moments to connect, our attendees left not only recognized but re-energized for the future.
