It’s often said in mountain towns, “Come for the winters, but stay for the summers.” With beautiful weather, endless outdoor activities, and a vibrant pedestrian village, summer is when destinations like Vail truly shine. That’s exactly why we selected Vail, Colorado as the host destination for this important 65-person incentive program.

Our program was guided by several key objectives: a walkable town, a variety of unique activities, a beautiful hotel with exceptional amenities, outstanding dining, and access to local shopping, bars, and restaurants. Vail checked every box.

Masterplan partnered closely with our client to design and execute this key program from start to finish. Our team managed every aspect of the experience, including destination research and recommendations, hotel sourcing and contracting, vendor management, attendee airfare and transportation, and the planning and operation of every program element on-site.

To make the experience even more memorable, we incorporated several unique touches throughout the program. Guests were welcomed with a custom Denim Bar, where they could select a jacket or pair of jeans to wear during their time in Vail. Other highlights included mountaintop goat yoga, giving attendees the opportunity to relax in the fresh mountain air alongside a herd of playful baby goats, and a private bowling competition that provided a fun and casual way to close out the program.

This program represents an important week for our client, bringing together team members from across the country for the only time each year. With that in mind, we intentionally designed experiences that encouraged interaction, strengthened relationships, and created opportunities for meaningful connection. The result was a program that not only celebrated achievement, but also delivered important return on investment for our client.
