After years of virtual meetings, webinars, and all hands calls, we were beginning to lose sight of the value and importance of in-person human connection with friends and colleagues. Our clients set out to change that and trusted Masterplan with the responsibility of reigniting the energy of their workforce during the first fully in-person Corporate Kickoff Meeting since 2022.

Beginning with sourcing and contracting the perfect destination in stunning Montego Bay, Masterplan curated a professional, exciting, and extremely welcoming atmosphere to serve as the backdrop for colleagues across regions and boarders to reestablish friendships and create new connections after years of online communication.

By day we got together to share crucial information, set the stage for what is to come, and motivate the workforce under a single goal during our general sessions. Masterplan managed the presentations from start to finish, creating templates, overseeing completion and beautification, and producing the show on-site. Bolstered by professional audio/visual production and a cohesive program agenda, the sessions were the backbone of the program

By night, we let our creativity and vision flow as we designed beautiful and energetic receptions, dinners, and after parties. Custom decor pieces, branded POS, and lighting to match, each event transported our guests to a different vibe, capturing the essence of the brand that was being represented.
