Set at the beautiful Pinehurst Golf Resort, just months after hosting the US Open major golf tournament, Masterplan curated this exclusive VIP incentive to celebrate past achievements and recognize the hard work these winners deliver every day.

We worked alongside leadership to truly understand the goals of the program, who was attending, and how to create the maximum impact for the winners. From sourcing and contracting with Pinehurst through the final program farewell, Masterplan carefully planned and executed every detail of this program to ensure all attendees spent their time on what matters - connecting and celebrating.

We enjoyed multiple days of world renowned golf, pickleball, and relaxing at the spa, plus some special surprises. Naturally, a competition was woven throughout, creating cohesion across activities and events and keeping everyone engaged and included throughout.
